As you all know Elena wears the necklace that Stefan gave her on episode 3 and season 1. I love it, the red at the top totally says "The Vampire Diaries!" Stefan puts vervain in the necklace so "some" vampires cant compel her. I think it was very romantic. I have it myself actually, I got it on eBay.
